Please fill out this form to join the Clintonville Moms’ and Dads’ Club. Membership includes up to two parents, if both parents wish to join as part of a parental partnership. Parents are the primary members; other caregivers can participate in specific, limited activities.
We welcome parents of all types and backgrounds, and are inclusive of everyone: cis- and transgender women and men, non-binary people, agender people, and genderqueer people. If that does not align with your values, this is not the group for you.

Membership dues are $15 annually. They support group activities such as crafts, events, speakers, and supporting our community. Scholarships are available.
